At Studio 100, we have laid the foundation for you to have a beautiful and successful event, so we try not to overstep by forcing you to use our in-house upgrades.
However, we do have just a few add-ons you may want to utilize.
Add-ons
Gallery Access – $525
Display any content you want, from photo slideshows to full resolution videos. Get access to ten high resolution digital displays between two galleries.
Gallery 1 has six high resolution displays. Gallery 2 has four larger and higher resolution displays. Each display can be preset to portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal) orientation.
Mood Lighting – $400
Get access to dynamic colored lighting throughout the venue. Every corner of the venue can be lit to accommodate any mood.
Mood Lighting is included with all evening and weekend daytime rentals.
Privacy Tint – $150
Skip the pipe and drape for providing privacy. Gain full privacy for your event with optional frosted tint on all windows of both front entrances.
When purchased, the frosted film on the glass will be activated for the duration of your rental, providing complete privacy, along with a reduction of light transmission through the glass.
Table Covers – $10 each
Every rental has access to 10 6ft rectangular tables. However, you may want to style them with our solid spandex table covers.
The table covers are available in both black and white.
Standard Cleaning – $500
At the end of your party, who is going to ensure that the venue is cleaned thoroughly and that everything is spic and span?
When you select Standard Cleaning, we cleanup after your event while you get to go home. You simply ensure there are no liquid spills on the floor, that all of your belongings and vendor items have been removed, then lock up. We take care of the rest. All items are discarded.
*You are responsible for removing all items that you or your vendors have mounted to any walls/backgrounds, and you are also responsible for breaking down any large props/decor such as balloon arches and ice sculptures.*
Premium Cleaning – $650
Standard Cleaning, but you are no longer responsible for removing any items that you or your vendors have mounted to any walls/ceilings. We break down any large props/decor such as balloon arches, ice sculptures, and anything mounted to the walls/ceilings. All items will be discarded.
